Peter Holman, the Chairman of South and South East in Bloom, officially presented his Chairman’s Award to the Bishop’s Meadow Trust’s Jim Munro at the Farnham Council Offices on Tuesday 10th January 2017.

The Bishop’s Meadow Trust would like to thank all our members, volunteers and supporters who have made 2016 such an outstanding year for the Bishop’s Meadow and the Trust. 

We seem to be coming to the end of the year again.  And that is an opportunity to look back at all we have collectively achieved on the Meadow.

On 21st November, I was a volunteer at the now legendary Bridge Tea, organised by Tessa Trench – and it was great fun!

The Bishop’s Meadow can be a bit boggy at this time of year but please tog up and come and join us for the next Working Party on Wednesday 23rd and Saturday 26th November.

The Bishop’s Meadow Trust is so excited to have received the top award of the 2016 South and South East in Bloom competition – The Chairman’s Award.

The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Bishop’s Meadow Trust will be on Sunday 9th October at the Pentecostal Church, Red Lion Lane, GU9 7QN.

The ground was prepared and the seed sown and now the Meadow’s dedicated wild flower area for bees is beginning to bloom.
